Overview

During the night you drop into a whole new world and watch it come to life under the glow of your dive light. The scene changes as day creatures retire and nocturnal organisms emerge.

The thrilling dive sites in Musandam will also be the ideal to enjoy going with the flow as you scuba diving using currents to glide along.The dives which will be taken on board of a dhow sailing Musandam Oman. Students will have also the chance to snorkel and kayak in the fjordlike inlets of the coastline.

The course consists of:

Knowledge development
Open water dives

In all our school programs, students learn also the importance of our ocean and how to preserve it. Students choose between different specialties like Sea Turtle Awareness or Shark Awareness and they are involved in class presentations and actual dives to learn more. Apart from the specialty license, the students will also achieve a specialty certification for the environmental conservation project they have undertaken during their program

Pre-requisites:

PADI Open Water diver
Must be at least 12 years old at the time the course starts
Must be medically fit

Divers Down is operating since 2001 and is the only PADI 5 Star CDC (Career Development Center) in the Middle East Run by full time European staff, we ensure the safest experience possible. Our school program is designed to allow students to participate in an ambitious project which help them develop their Creativity, Action and Service skills for their Curriculum Vitae and personal growth improving team building skills, character and personal development. Students get also involved in marine conservation projects with presentation and dives to get an extra PADI specialty in Shark awareness, Dive Against Debris or Coral reef conservation.
